so today I’ve had

  • 2 power bars ~ 240 calories each
  • a rice cake ~ 50 calories
  • total of ~ 530

and for dinner Chris just made us salad with chicken and mushrooms in it with light oil and vinegar dressing which has brought my total to ~ 1075 calories so far and leaves me with 235 more I can eat in baby carrots/dressing later when I start cravvvvvving because good lord I know I’ll want to just gorge myself later lol
